That’s different.

Growth lives in correction.

In competition.

In being asked to do something you can’t quite do yet.

In hearing the truth and responding to it.

A player can stay comfortable for an entire season.

She can also stay the same.

We’re not protecting players from the standard.

We’re preparing them for it.

Who is actually coaching my daughter?

How are they developing her?

What happens when she struggles?

Will somebody tell her the truth?

What happens beyond team practice?

Who helps when recruiting becomes real?

What is she actually gaining by being here?

A jersey can answer none of those questions.

Neither can a schedule.

We’ll give her something harder to sell.

The opportunity to earn it.

Coaching.
Competition.
Accountability.
Development.

And an environment that refuses to confuse keeping a player happy with making a player better.

How often do you practice?

Who is responsible for actually developing the players?

Do you use film?

How are roles determined?

What happens when my kid isn’t the featured player?

What are you doing between tournaments to make her better?

Those are fair questions.

We think families should ask them.

Come evaluate Woodz while we evaluate the player.
