New Arrivals!!
The Oak Tree Siblings, Acorn, Twig and Leaf!

All boys, 9 weeks! They were rescued from an oak tree! Momma is a community cat, now spayed & vaccinated, now living her best life free and healthy!

Acorn is the bravest and most adventurous! First to try something new. He sets the example and his brothers follow! Acorn is high energy!

Twig is the cuddliest and snuggliest of his litter! He purrs instantly when you pick him up. He loves attention. Noisy toys are his favorite, jingle balls and chirpy toys. Twig is high energy!

Leaf is the shyest, as well as the sweetest. He is a little cautious about things, but once he is familiar, he's all in! He loves attention. Quiet toys are his favorite. Soft stuffies and feather wands. Leaf is high energy!

These cuties are current guests in our Altamonte Adoption Center. There is only a few hours to meet them tonight, as they are going on a short break, to be neutered tomorrow.
They will be returning on Sunday! And are taking applications!

Sweet lol Maggie just turned a year and is more than ready to start the next chapter to her happy ending....

Maggie was abandoned in a hotel with her kittens, which have all found homes.
Now it's Maggie's time, she deserves to find a loving home and her forever family. Let's make her beautiful sad eyes shine with happiness!

FOSTERS NEEDED URGENTLY

Kitten season is hitting hard and we are struggling to keep up! We cannot keep saying yes without more foster homes stepping up.

Every day we get more and more messages about kittens needing help, abandoned kittens, sick kittens, sick litters, moms with litters, babies found all alone with nowhere to go....

FOSTERING SAVES LIVES sounds like a cliche, but it really is true.
We need people willing to open a spare bathroom, bedroom, office, or quiet corner of their home to help save lives.

We Provide:
- Medical Care
- Rescue Support and Guidance
- Food and Supplies (if needed)

You Provide:
- A Safe Place to Land
- Love and Patience
- A Little Bit of Your Time
- You do NOT need to be an expert. We will guide you through everything!

We'd like to give a big shout out to Dr. Bolfer and his amazing Staff at Central Florida Veterinary Cardiology!
CFVC is a busy clinic, but when we called to schedule an appointment, they got Chief in very quickly for an echocardiogram.

Most of our followers and our visitors at Altamonte know of Chief and his heart murmur.
Chief's murmur is low grade, but we were concerned that it could be a life threatening condition as he aged and ultimately dim his opportunity of adoption.

Chief was a good boy and Dr. Bolfer and Staff were so compassionate and informative during the whole process.

We waited anxiously, but just a few days later and no less on a Saturday, Dr. Bolfer called Chief's foster mom Melissa with his findings! He explained everything so clearly.

We were so relieved to get the good news that Chief's condition is physiological. His murmur is most likely caused by stress.
Now that we know we can help manage Chief's stress, as Chief is such a laid back kitty, we had no idea!

Thank You Dr. Bolfer and Staff for your time, care, compassion and helping Chief on his journey to a forever family!
