Did you know you can set up a birthday fundraiser to help the charity of your choice on Facebook?

Support Together We Care's mission to help families who are impacted by special needs and disabilities.

Facebook takes care of the donation processing with no fees, so 100% of your donation will directly support the families we help.

All you have to do is:
Go to www.facebook.com and login --> click 'Fundraisers' (on the left side of your screen) --> click 'Select Nonprofit' --> search for "Together We Care" --> customize your monetary goal --> set a duration --> title it --> click the 'Create" button --> watch your donations roll in!

You can even invite people to donate, and all donations will come directly to Together We Care at the end of the month.

For my birthday this year, I'm asking for donations to Together We Care . I serve as an Advisor for their Board. This ministry is a significant wealth of resources to the special needs community and the families navigating all of the life challenges from funding to work opportunities and every level of care in between. Please consider helping me to bless this community by making these incredible resources available to the over 2 Million families affected by special needs.

Together We Care is a special needs and disability support organization, focused on helping families navigate the resources they need at every stage of life through a customized life plan. Our extensive network of partner organizations allows us to meet the practical needs of families impacted by disability. This network is comprised of the Center on Human Development and Disability at the University of Georgia (CHDD), the Center for Leadership in Disability at Georgia State University (CLD), the Georgia Advocacy Office (GAO), and the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD).
