May we never forgot the ones we lost this day.... and may we never forget the men and women we lost in the pursuit of justice post 9/11.

We serve veterans who are honorably discharged or of equivalent discharge status and Gold Star Families. Our goal is to:

• To connect veterans with resources that promote healing and mental health services through a variety of referral services.

• To assist with connecting the veteran to adaptive home modifications (VA HISA - Home Improvement Structural Alteration grant application assistance) supporting self-sufficiency

• To assist with connecting the veteran with employment opportunities that meet their qualifications or assist them with career guidance referrals.

• To assist with connecting the veteran to community reintegration services after discharge from military service
