THREE more clinics have been added to our website! If you're a family looking for your first steps into the outdoors through hunting, come join us! Our clinics focus on youth, ages 11-19, where we provide hunter education certification, shooting instruction, and a mentored hunt! Parents can receive hunter education and shooting instruction alongside their child and sit with their child and the mentor during the hunt. Happy Father's Day to all the dads who make sure their kids get to go hunting and spend time outdoors! You don't have to be an expert to go outside and enjoy time together. Thank you to all the dads who mentor and volunteer with us to pass on our heritage.

More fall clinics have been listed and are available for registration on the MHHF website! Currently available are a "Mom & Me" squirrel hunt in partnership with wildHERness, two dove clinics in partnership with Great Rivers Habitat Alliance, a deer clinic in partnership with Maramec Spring Park, a teal clinic, and a deer clinic. From Kansas City to St. Louis, please join us this fall especially if you are a family new to hunting! Our clinics are designed for those who have never hunted before OR have never hunted the target species at that particular clinic. We focus on youth, ages 11-19 and parents are included at every step along the way. Our clinics include hunter education, shooting instruction, and a mentored hunt. Weblink in comments.

Please join us in congratulating Missouri Bear Foundation - MOBF President and MHHF Life Member Roger Cole on the taking of his first bear! Mr. Cole has been putting in for the Missouri season since it's inception to hunt bears in the Ozarks but recently connected on a trip to Canada!

The Kansas City Chapter of Safari Club International received the President's Award at the MHHF Annual Membership Meeting. KCSCI President Charlie Austin was presented the award from MHHF President Michael Sauber. KCSCI and MHHF have partnered together for several years in various capacities with the shared goal of getting kids and their families outdoors through our shared interest of hunting.
