Friday Volunteer Spotlight! 💜
Sometimes, serving looks like rolling up your sleeves, getting a little dirty, and simply getting to work. Recently, an incredible group of volunteers from St. Vladimir Orthodox Church did exactly that!
They came out to our property and poured hours of hard work into helping us care for our grounds and facilities. We are so grateful for their generosity, energy, and willingness to serve.
Here’s just a glimpse of what they accomplished:
🧽 Cleaned every inch of the cabin — even the walls!
🌱 Pulled brush to prepare the area for planting grass
🚐 Leveled the trailer
🎾 Cleared all the brush growing around the tennis court
🐔 Removed the fencing around the coop
🥕 Weeded the garden
🌳 Safely chopped down a falling tree
And all of that work is helping move us closer to transforming the cabin into a Schoolhouse & Church — a space where faith, education, community, and healing can come together.
At Prism Project, we believe the environment surrounding a child matters. Every clean space, every garden tended, every tree cleared, and every building restored helps us create a campus centered on safety, restoration, hope, and healing.
