Wyndham Estates is holding our annual Subdivision Garage Sale! Come visit us this Saturday the 18th! The sale runs 9:00-5:00 each day!

Come on out we would love to meet you all and share all of our new to you items!

Your Wyndham Estates board of directors will be holding an open meeting for all co-owners on Sunday May 26th 3pm-4pm weather permitting, this will be an outdoor meeting. Please bring a lawn chair. Further information along with a digital copy of the Wyndham Estates by-laws will be sent to email address on file.

Please note garage sale dates have changed to May 16th-18th.

Just a friendly reminder: trash containers are to be removed from the curb on the evening of collection day and stored out of site per Wyndham Estates Bylaws.

The Board of Directors will be mailing an approved screening system for trash containers stored outside along with the 2024 HOA due invoices next week.

I spoke with Tom Broecker the Operations Manager/Deputy Clerk for Fenton Twp, the street lights within the subdivision are maintained by Fenton Twp not the HOA. Our property taxes pay for this service. If you notice an outage please report online to consumersenergy.com and follow prompts for reporting streetlight outage.
