💚 The Real-Life Parent Club
Tuesdays | 5:00-6:00 PM | 2202 S. 11th St. Lincoln
Practical, trauma-informed parenting strategies to help you navigate hard moments and build stronger connections with your family. Free activities are available on-site for kids ages 3 and up during group time.

💚 The Waiting Room
Fridays | 5:00-6:00 PM | 2202 S. 11th St. Lincoln
A safe, confidential drop-in space for anyone walking alongside a loved one with mental health or substance use challenges.

Both groups are open to the community, and you are welcome to just drop by whenever you need to.

💙 Celebrating SquareOne: A New Resource for Youth and Families

Nearly a decade of collaboration and partnership between Lancaster County, Region 5 Systems, Lincoln Police Department, United Way of Lincoln and Lancaster County, and community partners has helped make SquareOne a reality.

SquareOne provides youth and families a centralized, coordinated point of contact to receive:

• Crisis behavioral health screening, stabilization and support
• Integrated case management
• Referral to existing support services within the community
• Access to basic needs and concrete supports at a time of crisis

Join Lancaster County, Region 5 Systems, and the City of Lincoln for the SquareOne ribbon cutting and open house!

This article is putting in black and white what job seekers are seeing; "...one job for every 244 unemployed workers." Although the unemployment rate may be low, that doesn't share the whole picture.

People who lose their jobs in this economy are taking longer to find new work. Nearly four in ten people exhaust their unemployment benefits before they land a new job.
