Southeastern's 12U All-Stars just wrapped up an incredible showing at the Cal Ripken World Series in Branson, Missouri, and we could not be prouder of this group.
To our players: you earned every bit of this. And most importantly, you represented your league, families, and community in a way that you should be forever proud of.
To Coaches Thacker, Turner, Mattingly, and Combs: thank you for the countless hours, the early mornings, the late nights, and the patience it takes to pour into twelve-year-olds and turn them into a team. You built up to this for years, and you did it first-class.
To our families: none of this happens without you. The travel, the fundraising, the hotel rooms, the Keeneland concession shifts, the cheering from behind the fence — you carried this team to Branson.
For decades, Southeastern has sent teams to the national stage and they've always shown up the right way. This group added their chapter to that tradition, and they'll be part of the reason the next one gets there too.
