Phi Gamma Delta is proud to introduce the six brothers selected to serve on the Fraternity’s inaugural Undergraduate Advisory Council.

The UAC creates another opportunity for undergraduate brothers to have a voice in the conversations shaping Phi Gamma Delta. Council members will provide feedback, share the perspectives and experiences of today’s chapters, and engage with Fraternity leadership on issues important to undergraduate members.

Please join us in congratulating and welcoming the inaugural members of the Undergraduate Advisory Council!

Service is always better together!

This past weekend, the Chi Deuteron Chapter at Kansas State came together for their annual highway clean-up, making a real difference in their community. Over 2 miles of road are now cleaner thanks to the hard work and teamwork of our brothers! Proud to serve, proud to lead by example.

Is there an undergraduate brother you believe should represent Phi Gamma Delta on Capitol Hill?

Applications are now open for the 2027 Capitol Hill Visits, taking place February 22–24 in Washington, D.C. Participants will join fraternity leaders from across the country to engage with lawmakers and their staffs and advocate for the fraternity experience.

The selection committee is looking for students with experience in areas including student government, IFC and chapter leadership, campus representation and political internships.

You know the brothers in your chapter and community who are making an impact. Think of an undergraduate brother who would thrive in this experience, send him the application and personally encourage him to apply.

Sometimes all it takes is one brother recognizing another’s potential and giving him the push to pursue an opportunity.
Applications are due October 5.

Phi Gamma Delta mourns the passing Ad Astra of Brother Zach Waltman (Michigan State 2027).
Zach is remembered by his brothers as someone who brought an unmistakable energy wherever he went. Charismatic, hilarious and deeply caring, he had a gift for making those around him feel welcome and valued. His brothers describe him as someone who embodied the values of Phi Gamma Delta and represented the very best of their brotherhood.

The impact Zach made on his brothers, friends and all those fortunate enough to know him will not be forgotten. We extend our deepest sympathies to Zach’s family, loved ones and the brothers of Epsilon Lambda during this incredibly difficult time.

In Zach’s memory, his brothers are supporting a fundraiser benefiting mental health efforts, helping extend his impact by supporting others who may be struggling.

Why do you have the Courage Against Hazing? Maybe it's because you believe brotherhood should build men up. Maybe it's because you want the men who follow you to inherit a stronger chapter. Maybe it's simply because Friendship and Morality demand that we look out for one another.

Whatever your reason, make the commitment. Take the Courage Against Hazing pledge.

National Hazing Prevention Week may end today. Our responsibility to one another doesn't.

Sometimes it only takes one brother to change the direction of a room.

One brother willing to say “We're not doing that.” One brother willing to question a tradition.

One brother willing to offer a better idea. One brother willing to put the wellbeing of others ahead of the pressure to go along.

You don't need a title to lead. And you don't have to wait for someone else to speak first.

Have the courage to be that brother. Have the Courage Against Hazing.

What does real brotherhood look like? It's the road trips. The late-night conversations. The service projects. The wins. The losses. The meals together. The challenges you've overcome. The brother who shows up when you need him and the memories you'll still be talking about decades from now.

Those are the experiences that create lifelong relationships. Let's fill National Hazing Prevention Week with examples of the brotherhood we're proud to build.

Real brotherhood builds brothers up.
