We are thrilled to have Birdies Chicken as our food vendor kicking off our showcase series BaseHere!

At Birdies, every sandwich is made fresh to order with crispy, hand-prepared chicken, house-made sauces, creamy coleslaw, and pickles, all served on a soft Martin’s potato bun. Choose from three signature sandwiches: our classic Chicken Sandwich with Birdies Sauce, the Bluegrass Hot Honey Sandwich drizzled with sweet and spicy hot honey, or the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich tossed in our bold, tangy buffalo sauce.
