Come celebrate Halloween with us at the "V" Saturday October 31st, 2026 from 8-11PM. Live music with Hillbilly Diesel with a Costume contest for our annual VFW Post 7011 Halloween Bash! Non-members pay $5 at the door...hope to see everyone who comes out and enjoys some great music and fun! 👻

Tragically yesterday on the 1st of October, 2026 we lost a beloved VFW past Auxiliary President and Lifetime member of our VFW Post 7011 Carol Potts unexpectedly. Carol was a beloved member for years who did a lot for our post, Veterans and members for years. Her viewing will be at Heller Hoenstein Funeral Home Thurs Oct 8, 2026 from 6-8PM. The service for her will be Fri Oct 9, 2026 at St Mark's Episcopal Church at 11 AM with a Wake following afterwards at the church. Carol will be greatly missed by all of us and our community. We send love and prayers to her husband Jack Potts, her son John Blewett, her daughter Sue, Sister Ann, her grandkids and family during this difficult time. 🙏

Update: we reopened this morning, Sat Sept 19th, 2026 for our regular hours.

We are closing at 2pm today, Friday Sept 18th, 2026 due to our walk in cooler losing power. We will keep everyone posted as to when we can reopen and hope to see everyone soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The monthly Military Share for our local Veterans has been moved from tomorrow Sept 3rd to next Tuesday Sept 8th, 2026 due to the high heat weather expected tomorrow for the volunteers and veterans safety. Next month's food will be handed out back on our regular Thursday of October 1st, 2026. We're sorry for any inconvenience and hope to see everyone on Tues!
