Kristin from Juniata Valley Tri-County Drug and Alcohol and Heather from Peerstar of PA - Peer Support Services are absolutely overcome with joy over the turnout for the first ever Recovery Stronger Together Event at Rec Park!

We had 15, wonderful and interactive vendors in attendance, community members, volunteers, family and friends and supports of all levels. We thank you all! You made this even possible and we are grateful!

We would also love to extend a special thank you to our two speakers. These brave women spoke from their souls on their trials and tribulations through addiction to recovery. Trisha and Alicia... Thank you🩵💜

Today is the day!!!! Let's go!!!

This weekend is our First Ever Recovery Stronger Together Event!
We’re bringing the local community together to celebrate recovery, connection, and hope and we want YOU there!

This event is family-friendly and TOTALLY FREE for anyone who would like to attend.

Here’s what you can expect:

🌭 Hot dogs, chips, popcorn, cookies & drinks
🎨 Activities and crafts for all ages
🤝 15+ community supports sharing FREE resources
🎶 Live music from Kar Music Box with Kandy & Randy!
🎟️ FREE tickets for basket raffles
💜 And most importantly… two amazing women sharing their personal stories of recovery.

And I promise you.. this is why you should come.

Their stories are real. Their stories are powerful. And their stories are a reminder that recovery looks different for everyone, but there is always room for hope.

Bring a camping chair or a blanket, come spend a few hours in the sun with us, meet your community, hear some incredible stories, and celebrate recovery together.
