Lucia spent months searching for answers.

After experiencing severe abdominal pain, she traveled from doctor to doctor hoping someone could help. But the cost of travel and medical visits quickly became overwhelming. Eventually, she ran out of money — and still had no answers.

She was frightened. Discouraged. Frustrated.

When the clinic in La Libertad opened, Lucia was finally able to begin receiving consistent care from Dr. Aguilera. Through multiple visits, he was able to properly diagnose her condition and begin treatment.

But the impact of compassionate healthcare didn’t stop there.

Through the care and kindness she experienced, Lucia began attending church and is now regularly hearing the Gospel.

This is why Total Health exists.

For years, Rosa lived with uncontrolled diabetes and high blood pressure because access to healthcare simply wasn’t available to her.

As her conditions worsened, so did her ability to work, care for herself, and live without constant complications.

But today, Rosa’s story looks different.
