Yesterday I had the privilege of leading a flower arranging activity with some wonderful ladies, and we had such a meaningful afternoon! We laughed, reminisced about flowers, and enjoyed the beauty of God’s creation, the colors, the fragrance, and the simple happiness that flowers bring. Spending the afternoon with these ladies was truly rewarding, and I can’t wait to do it again!

If you know of a senior living, assisted living, or other facility that would enjoy an activity like this, please let me know! And if you’d like to join me as a volunteer on a future outing, I’d love to have you.

Thank you to Anna at Gallagher’s coffee shop for hosting our flower arranging class! Each guest created an arrangement to take home, and together we made 20 beautiful arrangements to deliver to Faith Cottages in Basehor.
Thank you to Deb Martin for leading us through such an informative yet easy-going flower arranging class, and to Jill Molina for volunteering and lending a helpful hand. We appreciate everyone whose participation and generosity made this evening such a success!
