For me this week I am focusing on my mental health. Whether that be playing a round of disc golf and allowing myself to not care about shot selection and ex*****on as much as normal, to making sure I’m getting enough rest.

What Disc Wednesday!

300 feet to the basket and you have to throw a slow turning backhand turnover. OB on the left side if you fade out too early. What disc are you throwing? My answer will be below.
