With Charitable Gift Annuity rates being the highest they have been in over a decade, now may be the perfect time to lock in a fixed rate annuity coupled with a planned gift to your church or favorite ministry.

With a CGA you can receive a charitable deduction, secure an income stream for you and/or a loved one, and make a difference for future generations. Right now, a 75-year old couple can secure a 6.20% annual payout for the rest of their lives.

Interested? Call us at 913-577-2983 or email us at [email protected]

David's prayer of praise demonstrates faithful stewardship- all we possess belongs to the Lord.

14 But who am I, and who are my people, that we could give anything to you? Everything we have has come from you, and we give you only what you first gave us!
