The CCH team had so much fun celebrating National Nursing Home Week with all of our referral partners. We loved spending time with staff and residents, spreading smiles, sharing treats, and showing our appreciation for the compassion and care they give every day. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate alongside you and for all you do to make every resident feel special and loved. 🩷

Last week, the CCH team had so much fun celebrating our incredible nurses during Nurses Week! 🩷

We are beyond grateful for each of them — for the amazing care they provide, the compassion and love they show our patients and families every single day, and for the heart they bring to our ministry.

Thank you for the difference you make and for living out our mission with such kindness and dedication. We appreciate you more than words can say!

We are thankful for our partnership with Santa Marta and the opportunity to care for and support their amazing community.

Through our partnership with Catholic Community Health, residents can take advantage of the Shared Care Program—offering flexible, in-home services in 15-minute increments.

It’s just one more way we help residents age in place with confidence and comfort. Thank you to for sharing more about this program with our community last week!

We are grateful for the opportunity to be at Cure of Ars Catholic Church this weekend to speak at Mass about our services Catholic Community Health provides, including private duty home care, Villa St. Francis, palliative care, hospice care, and Our Lady of Grace Hospice House.

Thank you to Fr. Riley for welcoming our team and allowing us to share more about our ministry and our mission as part of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas. We are blessed to serve our community with faith, dignity, quality and compassionate care.
