Time to Remember & Honor

We invite the families and friends of those we have had the privilege of caring for through our hospice services over the past year to join us for our Annual Memorial Service.

Sunday, September 13th
2:00–3:00 PM
Queen of Holy Rosary in Overland Park

This special time is an opportunity to pause, remember, and honor the lives of those who touched our hearts. We will gather together in remembrance and celebrate the love and memories.

We are honored to walk alongside families during such an important part of their journey, and we look forward to coming together to remember their loved ones.

🌍✈️ Going above and beyond for our community! ❤️

Our Clinical Liaison, Abby Smith, always finds creative ways to bring joy, connection, and new experiences to the communities she serves.

Today, at Colonial Oaks Senior Living at Leawood had their passports ready for an exciting adventure to France! 🇫🇷 They enjoyed French wines, cheeses, breads, and macarons while learning fun facts about French culture along the way. 🍷🧀🥖

Their passports are officially stamped, and now the big question is… where will they travel next? 🌎✈️

We’re so grateful for team members like Abby who go the extra mile to make each day special for our community! 💙

We're proud to have Kylene leading the talented team of caregivers with Catholic Community Health Home Care

As we launch our new CCH Home Care page, we want you to meet our team!

Kylene Dickerson has been with Catholic Community Health since 2021 and brings more than a decade of experience in senior care. She began her career as a CNA and then chose to further her education by gaining a degree in Business Management, giving her a strong background in both hands-on care and healthcare leadership.

Throughout her time at CCH, Kylene has had the opportunity to serve in several different roles before ultimately finding her place as the Home Care Director.
In this role, she has had the honor of helping grow and strengthen the Home Care program from 62 active clients in 2021 to the 335 clients we proudly serve today, while supporting a dedicated and growing team of caregivers.

Kylene is passionate about helping seniors remain safe and independent, supporting families, and creating a positive environment for both clients and caregivers.

She is proud to serve CCH and continue its mission of Putting the Love of Christ into Action. Watch for more posts from CCH Home care!
