Thank you to everyone who joined our May Cooking Class!

We had a wonderful time preparing delicious dishes together: Çökertme Kebab — tender beef with crispy potatoes and yogurt — spring vegetable rice, and Petit Beurre biscuit cake.

A special thank you to our amazing Dialogue Institute volunteers for cooking live and sharing their skills with our guests. It was a beautiful experience where everyone could watch, learn, and even take part in the preparation.

Thank you to all our guests for your time, energy, and warm participation.
