Fresh paint, local wine, and the ultimate kick-off to summer in Leelanau County! 🎨🍷

The 14th Annual Leland Air is back this Saturday, May 23rd! Watch local talent and fine artists from across Michigan spend a single day capturing our beautiful landscapes en plein air. By evening, these vibrant pieces are rushed back to the Old Art Building, hung, and put on display “fresh off the easel.”

Every single original painting is available for sale—making this the perfect chance to take home a piece of Northern Michigan!

✨ Opening Night Reception:

🎟️ Tickets: $25 for OAB Members | $30 for Non-Members

We are the Old Art Building (known as the OAB) nestled right on Main Street in Leland, Michigan. For generations, this little building has been the beating creative heart of Leelanau County: classes, concerts, art exhibits, workshops, theater, and a whole lot of community.

Spring has arrived, the cherry blossoms are putting on a show out front, and we couldn’t be more ready for the season ahead. From plein air painters to papermaking workshops to free outdoor concerts — there’s always something happening here. 🎨🎶
