🍎📚 Calling all Boone County teachers! ❤️✏️

The Boone County Extension Homemakers are excited to offer the Homemakers Helping Teachers Grant again this year! 🎉

🍎 12 local teachers will have the opportunity to receive a $100 grant to help purchase classroom supplies, curriculum, and educational resources.

These grants are one small way to show appreciation for the amazing work our teachers do every day! 🍎💚

📌 Funds must be used for educational purposes.
📝 A brief summary of how the funds were used is due by June 1 of the academic year.

The Boone County Extension Homemakers are excited to offer the HOMEMAKERS HELPING TEACHERS grant program again this year!

This program gives 12 Boone County, Indiana teachers a chance to receive a $100 grant each to support their classroom needs such as curriculum, supplies and educational resources.

📍Grant Funds must be used for educational purposes (not decorations, class parties, or individual awards.)

📍Teachers must submit a brief summary of how funds were used by June 1 of the academic year.

📍Applications can be mailed to the Purdue Extension Boone County office in Lebanon, IN or emailed directly to the Purdue Extension Educator.

🐐💚 Supporting the people behind agriculture!

Purdue Extension’s Farm Stress Team recently connected with dairy goat producers and youth from across the country at the National Dairy Goat Association Conference right here in Indiana!

Regional Educators Andrea Hatfield and Adam Tyler shared farm stress education with 50 youth and participated in the adult session, helping bring important conversations about mental health and well-being in agriculture to the dairy goat community. 🌱

Thank you to the American Dairy Goat Association for welcoming Purdue Extension and helping make these conversations possible!
