Introducing Dan! Dan is a Rouen duck that was mistaken for a Mallard and taken to our friends at Avian Exotic Vet. They reached out and we agreed to help find sweet boy a good home.

TEN dogs spayed/neutered, microchipped and vaccinated this week!:)
Jewel, Donny and Marie are staying at the Center. So, while they were at the Vet I decided to spruce their areas up a little. Made them toy boxes, made up their beds and they even had a mint, (lol treats), on their pillows! ♥️♥️🐾🐾♥️🐾
They've really settled in well. There were major accidents the first week and now with constant outings they're all doing quite well with the potty training. Fortunately, everyone gets along great, they don't mess with the kitties (Melvin layed the law down from the beginning;) or other animals. When someone is there (majority of every day) they roam around free. Everything is copesthetic! These babies will all be at the Moontown event this Thursday! PUPS & PINTS IS NEXT WEEK! 🐾🍻

Reminder we are heading to Moontown Brewing Company next Thursday June 11 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM for our Pups & Pints adoption event! And we couldn’t just let the pups have all the fun-so we are bringing some of our adoptable kittens along!

Come enjoy a drink in Moontown’s beautiful beer garden, meet some of our adoptable dogs and kittens, and learn more about our rescue. Even better, 10% of the proceeds from the event will be donated back to Chicken Nugget and Gang to help us continue saving lives.

Whether you’re looking to adopt, want to support the rescue, or just need an excuse to spend time with some adorable animals, we’d love to see you there!
