If you are a hunter of any type, conservationist, outdoor enthusiast, turkey lover, or know someone who is then LISTEN UP!!!!

I've got a very limited amount of BOTH 2027 NWTF calenders for sale. The monthly picture is the same in them but the price of each are different. Shoot me a text or give me a call and let me explain the difference to you. If you've bought one from me before your not gonna wanna miss out. Ill be happy to meet up somewhere and get one or more in your hands. But when what I have is gone I can't guarantee that I can get more so act fast.

These make great birthday or Christmas presents (its only 16 weeks till Christmas), so start your shopping early. Each one comes with a one year membership to the NWTF ($35 value).

The final turkey harvest numbers are in!

Tennessee hunters harvested a total of 34,990 turkeys across the state this season

Regional harvest totals:
Central: 17,197
Northeast: 6,851
Midwest: 5,174
Southeast: 4,357
West: 1,411

Additional highlights:
- 76% of successful hunters harvested 1 bird
- 24% harvested 2 birds
- 92% of harvested birds were gobblers
- Public land harvest: 2,840
- Private land harvest: 32,150

Did you know that the NWTF-Tennessee Board of Directors meet in person twice a year? The Winter meeting is held the same day as the State Awards Banquet and the Summer Meeting is the day after the Superfund Committee meeting. This years Summer Meeting will be held in Lebanon, TN on July 11th.

The Board is made up of members from across the state who have been nominated by their chapter and elected by the Board. You can find a list of the current Board on the NWTF-Tennessee State Chapter website, http://nwtftn.org/ . You can contact these representatives to find out more about conservation efforts at the state level or to get concerns brought before the Board. You can also find information about previous meeting on the website by looking under the "Pages" tab.

Friday July 10
The Superfund Committee met to discuss the 2026 project funding requests from chapters across the state and agency partnerships. They were able to fund, at least in part, ALL submitted requests.

Funding Requested: $352,383
Funded Amount: $319,748
Co-op Amount: $9,368,452
Grand Total Funded: $9,681,200
