January 1st!! Noon at the restaurant!
Start the new year off on the right foot ! Hike into 2025 with park staff at David Crockett State Park. We will be starting at the restaurant and hiking on sections of the Trail of Tears, Lake Road Trail, and Crawfish Valley Trail to make a loop of approximately 3 miles or a little less. The terrain will be moderate with some elevation changes, we will be hiking on a dirt foot path. Be sure to dress for the weather, wear sturdy shoes, and remember water! The Friends of David Crockett State Park will greet us as we return with some hot chocolate!
