501(c)3 Foster home based rescue for all breeds and ages of dogs in Las Vegas, NV

Wagging Tails Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs from high-kill shelters and owner surrenders. Our work is possible due to committed volunteers, foster homes, local veterinarians, trainers, and boarding facilities. We provide them with loving temporary homes where they stay until they find their forever homes. We also promote responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter, positive behavior training, and good nutrition.

**Adopted** Luna came to us from a family who got her for their kids but since the kids weren't cleaning up after her, they didn't want her. She is a sweet, mildly shy girl who has a laid back personality, especially for a Husky! She was raised around kids, cats and another dog and she is fine with all. She tolerates the puppy energy of the young dog in her foster home but prefers a calmer canine companion. Luna is 2 1/2 years old and weighs 48 lbs.

**Adopted** Same dog, new look! Archie is a sweet boy who wants all the love that he can get! He does well with other dogs and is mildly shy but sweet with new people. Once he warms up (within a few minutes!) he is a lovebug. Archie loves to lay in your lap or on your feet; he has fun playing with other dogs in his size range and is a perfect couch snuggler! He was just shaved down due to his hair being overgrown and he is still adorable! Archie is estimated to be 12-18 months old and weighs 8 lbs.
