October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month — a time to stand with those experiencing abuse and remind survivors that violence, threats, manipulation and control are not love.

Through our ministry, we meet women who have endured many forms of trauma and exploitation, and we walk alongside them, showing them there is hope and healing and a way out.
