Junkers for Missions

My name is Russa and along with my daughter, Laura, we are Junkers for Missions. In April 2016, I left my public job to stay at home with my grandchildren. Needing a little something to fill up extra time, Laura and I started going to auctions and yard sales. We like to turn old treasures into new, restored and functional pieces. We needed a purpose for our passion. Laura an

d I prayed and looked to see where God was working so we could join in. We both thought of Bruce and Tammy Jeffries and their mission work in El Salvador. Laura and I have been to El Salvador several times and we fell in love with the people and the country. We knew this is where we needed to help. We have decided to donate a portion of our sales to Los Brazos de Dios, the nonprofit organization started by Bruce and Tammy. Los Brazos de Dios translates to the Arms of God.
