Maywood Mission is giving away FREE tomato plants to anyone in the community while supplies last! These starter plants are ready to go into the ground and are a great way to grow fresh food at home.

Application for Back-to-School Clothes 2026-2027 is live on our website! As a reminder, we will NOT be accepted any applications via social media or email this year. You must either submit your application online or in our office! Spots are limited! Open to students K-12!

Please make sure you are uploading all the documents required when using online submission. This may take multiple photos if you are unable to get them all in one.

It is not too late to get your passport stamped before the deadline on June 8th! The weather is supposed to be beautiful this weekend, so we encourage you to get out!!

Embark on an adventure to experience the hidden gems of Fairfield County. Gather your family and friends, go solo, or make new friends along the way. Guidelines:
• Earn a Prize: Visit 6 parks/events and receive your choice of a cup or cooler!
• Bonus Credit: If you attend a public event within the county that is not listed, you can list it and the date you attended on a separate piece of paper and attach it to your passport for credit.
• Grand Prize Entries: For every 2 additional parks or events you visit beyond the initial 6, you will receive an entry to win the grand prize—a cooler filled with a cup and other goodies.
• Social Media Bonus: Want a bonus entry? Post a photo of your adventure to social media and tag:

Note: If you don’t have social media, you can scan the QR code on the flyer to submit your photo.

Important Dates
Challenge Window: All activities must be completed between March 1st, 2026, and May 31st, 2026.
Submission Deadline: Passports must be submitted by June 8th, 2026.
Winner Announcement: The grand prize winner will be contacted by June 15th, 2026.
