Happy Tuesday! We're excited to introduce our new Director of Development, John! Since joining us a few months ago, John has jumped right into learning the ins and outs of our donor relations, fundraising efforts, and Foundation initiatives. We are thrilled to welcome him to this role, as his experience, passion, and deep knowledge will be invaluable to our mission moving forward.

We love our community! Our Donor Appreciation BBQ brought an all-time high attendance of 190 guests! Thank you to all the staff, residents, first responders, neighbors and community members for showing up and celebrating National Night Out with us. We couldn't do what we do with you - THANK YOU! ✨💙

Earlier this month residents and a few staff members got to enjoy a trip to Staunton State Park! The Staunton State Park Track-Chair Program mission is to provide accessibility for a high quality and sustainable recreational opportunity for all to enjoy the beautiful state of Colorado, and beyond, while preserving and protecting the natural resources within Staunton State Park. Everyone has a great time on this trip every Summer!

The Book Mobile stops by Eaton every other week and has become quite the hit! Residents and staff can browse and check out books, videos, and games. What a great addition to the community!

Last week, we were thrilled to host Stride Tech Medical CEO George Douaire, who introduced their incredible smart walker technology to our community! Their innovative attachment, Stridetech Go, acts as a real-time posture coach, using subtle vibrations and visual cues to help users stand taller and walk more safely.

Eaton residents helped pilot and test this technology during its development phase! Now, thanks to a recently secured grant, we have officially purchased 30 units for our community. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to learn more and help us bring cutting-edge safety and confidence right to our residents' fingertips. 💙
