To say we are excited is an understatement! We are thrilled to share that the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority awarded tax credits for The Barth Hotel project! Eaton is ready to expand its mission of providing affordable housing in a service-rich environment that enables all to live to their fullest potential. 🎊🎉

CHFA is pleased to announce 14 developments have been awarded a reservation of federal and state Housing Tax Credits to support the construction or preservation of 634 affordable rental housing units in Colorado.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of recognizing one of Eaton’s wonderful residents, Cathy, for her incredible support of Eaton’s Foundation. Through her talent and passion for photography, Cathy has helped raise funds and boost our fundraising efforts at a few recent events. We are so grateful for residents who generously share their time, creativity, and talents to support our community. Thank you, Cathy, for all that you do!

This week, Eaton team members Diana Delgado, board chair of LeadingAge Colorado and Eaton President and CEO, Tracy Swen, Director of Finance, Mary Ann Mulligan, Executive Director, and board member Dr. Amy Dore, attended the annual LeadingAge Colorado conference in Vail. The conference is an important opportunity to connect with colleagues and community partners in aging services.

⭐ Barks & Brews is this Wednesday! ⭐
Join us for a happy hour fundraiser at Old 121 Brewhouse from 4:30-7:30pm. Browse the silent auction while you sip and snack. Old 121 is donating $1 to Eaton for every beer sold during event hours and guests have the option to round up their purchases! Silent auction items from Fox Hollow Golf, Crimson Cat Studio, Denver Art Museum, and more will be on the tables. The forecast looks like it's going to be perfect patio weather, see you there!
