With over 6,000 members nationwide, we provide education, resources, and advocacy to elevate the residential property management industry. This page represents the local Lakeland Florida Chapter. NARPM® stands for National Association of Residential Property Managers. NARPM® is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. NARPM® focuses on industry related education, real estate, property management, networking, ethics and advocacy.
