☆ Intern Spotlight ☆

Get to know Josie Brown! She is one of our 2022 interns! Josie will be graduating in the Fall of ‘23 with a degree in Political Science as well as a minor in pre law. Josie hopes to attend law school after the completion of her undergraduate degree.

Here’s what she had to say about being a part of this foundation: “It’s given me more of the legal experience I’ve been looking for. Dealing with wrongful convictions and reading these stories just helped reassure me that law is really what I want to get into.”

“Being a part of this foundation has allowed me the opportunity to not only use my knowledge beyond the classroom but also make a real difference…working with this organization has given me a sense of purpose and opportunity to help others who may not have the power to help themselves.”

“Working for this organization provides an opportunity to change peoples lives permanently for the better. Too often in the world people are persecuted or blamed for things out of their control, and this organization allows us to right those wrongs.”
