Community drumming is a positive and interactive experience that invites participation and teamwork while giving people an immediate sense of gratification! It builds a sense of belonging, helps to relieve stress, boost immunity, build confidence and make a connection with others through the universal language of music! Drumming has the proven ability to enhance indiv

idual well-being and create positive shared experiences. Our fully interactive community drum sessions are great for building this kind of connection. A natural healer, rhythm and drumming, provide health benefits and a culture that will leave participants feeling relaxed, uplifted and inspired to create healthier lifestyles and life choices. Participants will learn technique, the basic sounds, a traditional rhythm and song. No musical experience is needed! Session information: To start 2nd week in October, 2022 on Mondays from 6:30-8pm
