💜What an incredible day! 💜

We want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by The Rebirth of Sisterhood vendor table this weekend. Whether you signed up for our upcoming workshop, learned more about our mission, shared your story, or simply stopped to say hello—we appreciate you!

It was truly a blessing to connect with so many amazing women and community members who believe in the power of support, healing, and genuine sisterhood. Every conversation reminded us why we do what we do.

We are excited about the new connections made, the opportunities to serve, and the women who are taking the next step in their journey by joining our upcoming Workshop & Orientation.

June Focus: Freedom to Be 🤍

Letting Go of What No Longer Serves You

As women, we often carry things far longer than we should.

The guilt.
The pressure.
The people-pleasing.
The unrealistic expectations.
The weight of being everything for everyone.

This month, we’re focusing on Freedom to Be—giving ourselves permission to release what no longer serves our growth, peace, and well-being.

Because healing isn’t always about adding more to our lives. Sometimes it’s about letting go.

Throughout June, we’ll explore:
✨ releasing guilt and shame
✨ setting healthy boundaries
✨ protecting our peace
✨ embracing growth and change
✨ becoming the woman we’re meant to be

And through it all, we’ll be reminded that real sisterhood provides the support, encouragement, and accountability needed to grow through life’s transitions.

🌸 May Focus: Mental Health & Motherhood 🤍

Caring for everyone without losing yourself

This month inside our women’s support group, we’ve been having honest conversations about the mental and emotional weight many women carry every day.

From motherhood and burnout to guilt, overwhelm, and trying to show up for everyone else while neglecting ourselves — we’re creating space for real conversations and real support.

Because the truth is:
✨ Many women are functioning while emotionally exhausted.

This month, we’re focusing on:
• mental health awareness
• emotional support
• realistic self-care
• asking for help
• and learning how to care for others without losing yourself in the process

At The Rebirth of Sisterhood, we believe women deserve safe spaces where they can be honest, supported, and understood.
