“It is with great sadness that we share that Mike “Crow” Valladares—our friend, mentor, and territorial historian—passed away last night. He will be greatly missed, but we find peace in knowing that he is no longer bound by pain.
I was able to speak with him a few nights ago, and he was the calm voice in the fire that we all remember him to be.
Please keep his family and loved ones in your prayers. Rest easy, Commander—we’ll see you in the morning.”
