If substance use or addiction has impacted you or someone you love, we invite you to join us for an evening of support, education, and hope. Our first guest speakers will be Karl and Pam from PAL (Parents of Addicted Loved Ones) as they share resources and encouragement for families navigating addiction.

Kentucky households can apply for LIHEAP Summer Subsidy from August 3 – September 11, 2026, to help offset cooling costs with a one-time electric benefit. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, or until funds are depleted.

Interested households in Oldham, Trimble, and Henry Counties should contact their local office below to schedule an appointment.

Households must meet eligibility requirements, including household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, to qualify for assistance. Benefits are paid directly to the household’s electric vendor.

No disconnect notice, past-due bill, or eviction notice is required to apply. Assistance received during previous LIHEAP components does not affect eligibility.
