🌼Our Employee CSA season has officially begun, and it's more than just fresh produce.

As part of their hands-on curriculum, RIFT students aren’t just planting and harvesting—they're learning how to run a CSA from the ground up. From crop planning and yield tracking to packaging and distribution, every step is an opportunity to build the skills they’ll need to launch similar programs on their own future farms.

Our team is investing in the next generation of regenerative organic farmers, and enjoying some seriously delicious produce along the way. 🌿🍽️

A healthy farm sounds alive.

Wind moving through trees.
Bees working through flowers.
Birds at the field edge.
Cows grazing nearby.
Water moving through the landscape.

Healthy ecosystems are not silent. They are active, connected, and constantly in relationship with one another.

When biodiversity returns to farmland, it often reflects something deeper:
healthier soil,
more resilient ecosystems,
and farms functioning more in balance with nature.

Sometimes the clearest sign that land is thriving is not what you see.

It is what you hear.

Biodiversity does not return overnight.

But research continues to show that farming practices matter.
Over the last 30 years of published studies, organic farming increased species richness by an average of about 30%.

That can mean more pollinators, more beneficial insects, and more life returning to agricultural landscapes.

Healthy ecosystems depend on biodiversity above and below the soil.

🌱 What signs of biodiversity have you noticed this season?
