The East Tennessee Nurse Honor Guard is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the extraordinary lives and legacies of nurses through both Living Tributes and Memorial Services.

Through these ceremonies, the Nurse Honor Guard recognizes a nurse’s lifetime of service, compassion, dedication, and healing while providing comfort and support to their family, friends, and colleagues. Each tribute is a heartfelt reminder that a nurse’s calling extends far beyond a career — it is a legacy of caring that lives on.

Our organization is supported entirely by the dedication of our volunteers and the generosity of donations from our community. Your support allows us to continue honoring nurses with the dignity, respect, and recognition they so greatly deserve.

We are deeply grateful for every contribution, no matter the size, as it helps us continue our mission of celebrating those who have given so much in service to others.

If you are an active or retired RN, LPN or NP or a Sr year nursing student in the surrounding area, please join us as we honor our fallen colleagues.
