We are heartbroken and outraged. Missouri murdered Marcellus “Khaliifah” Williams last night.

There is no humanity in a system committed to killing a man. There is no justice in a system committed to killing a man, despite the wishes of a commuted death sentence by the victim’s family.

Abolish the carceral state. We will continue to fight the criminal punishment system and state-sponsored violence committed to killing Black bodies. Marcellus deserves to be here and free.

Rest in Peace and Power, Marcellus.

We are at Jeff City with people from all over Missouri, protesting against the upcoming potential ex*****on of another Black innocent man today. At IFCLA we see the oppression of all people as interconnected. We know that no one will be free and safe, as long as Black men can be assassinated without consequences by the state government. The Missouri government must be held accountable and the people must not allow innocent people to be killed. We stand today and always with Khalifa Williams, his loved ones, and supporters.

Time is running out to save an innocent man from being killed by the state of Missouri. Do your part✊🏽
