🎃 While Halloween is known for spooky stories, there’s nothing scary about senior living. 🎃

We know that thinking about senior living can come with a lot of questions... and sometimes a few fears too, like: Will I make friends? Will I feel lonely? Can I still be independent? What if downsizing feels overwhelming?

EverTrue is using October to replace fear with facts, tackling some real-life concerns older adults and families have about senior living and aging. We'll share practical tips, expert insights and real-life stories on topics like friendship, mental health, independence, downsizing and more.

It is a true honor to have our community recognized for the positive impact it has on the Bevo neighborhood and St. Louis. We are proud to provide affordable housing that allows older adults to remain connected to the neighborhoods they love. Projects like this show that supporting older adults and strengthening communities are not separate goals; they are the same goal.

EverTrue's newest Affordable Housing community, EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo Mill, was named "Development of the Year" at today's Mayor's Celebration of Businesses Luncheon! The luncheon, which is powered by the St. Louis Development Corporation - SLDC, recognizes projects that strengthen St. Louis neighborhoods and its economy.

Located directly across from the historic Bevo Mill windmill, the EverTrue Crossroads community was co-developed with Tower Grove Community Development Corporation with a simple purpose: to give older adults who have spent their lives in Bevo Mill a high-quality, affordable way to stay in the neighborhood they love. EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo Mill is the first project in the area built to the design and development goals of the Bevo Great Streets Plan.

"We are deeply honored to receive this recognition from Mayor Cara Spencer and the St. Louis Development Corporation," said Adam Marles, President and CEO of EverTrue. "EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo Mill shows what’s possible when a community comes together around a shared vision. Older adults who helped build this neighborhood deserve the chance to grow older here, close to their friends, their churches and the places they know."

It’s officially Joy Week at EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo Mill! ☮️🩵🌼

Marking EverTrue’s 12th Joy Week — and growing each year — this week is all about spreading joy to our residents and team members, and celebrating all the things that make EverTrue Affordable Housing incredible.

While we always do our best to create a community and environment that provides joy, this week puts that goal into laser focus. Not only do we focus on spreading joy in our community, but we also work to create Joy for others in the greater community too.

Devoted to reflection, forgiveness and spiritual renewal, Yom Kippur invites us all to examine how we can grow in compassion, seek reconciliation and serve one another with greater understanding.

As the Jewish community celebrates Rosh Hashanah, we extend our wishes for a sweet New Year filled with peace, hope, good health and moments of connection. At EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo Mill, we are grateful for the many faith traditions represented within our community and for the opportunity to honor each person's spiritual journey.

This season of renewal reminds us of the promise of Scripture: “Do not remember the former things or consider the things of old. I am about to do a new thing…” (Isaiah 43:18-19)

👥 We serve approximately 16,500 individuals each year (~ 5,000 Life Plan Communities residents, ~ 1,000 Affordable Housing residents, ~ 9,000 individuals cared for by Anywhere Care).
🤝 EverTrue has 3,900 team members.
🏆 More than 200 team members have been with EverTrue longer than 15 years!
💯 More than 70 of our residents are over the age of 100!
