KERRVILLE KINDNESS AWARD

Congratulations to Raymond Hardee, this month’s recipient of the Kerrville Kindness Award!

A Kerrville native, Raymond retired from a 20-year career in the insurance industry and immediately began pursuing his passion for serving young people with special needs through Kerrville Independent School District. He assisted students with assignments, job training, and life skills, and also drove a school bus before retiring a second time.

Raymond’s dedication to his community and his faith is evident through his continued service. He is an active member of First United Methodist Church, serves on the board of The Salvation Army, contributes to the Hill Country District of Ordained Ministry, and has previously served on the board of Raphael Clinic.

With a true servant’s heart, Raymond continues to find meaningful ways to support and uplift others. The City of Kerrville is proud to honor him as a shining example of Kerrville kindness.

Congratulations, Mr. Hardee, and thank you for your commitment to serving our community!

🦷 FREE Dental Care Assistance for Seniors 60+ 🦷

Doyle Community Center is partnering with Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) to bring no-cost dental care services* to our community on June 4, 2026! For adults 60+.

We will be screening and accepting 8–10 eligible clients to receive dental services. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
