We champion the development of essential vocational and life skills, meaningful social involvement, and access to critical resources. We provide employment services, specialized job training, career opportunities and centers for social enrichment and community resources. Our mission services include:
🔹 Employment Services: Unlock your potential with personalized assistance for job placement and skill-building.
🔹 Community Center: A safe space for social connection, life enrichment, and community integration.
🔹 Opportunity Kitchen: Culinary training for successful careers in food service and hospitality.
🔹 Empowerment Place: Critical support services for job searches, housing, and more.
🔹 Federal Building: Community integration via janitorial and maintenance services, employing individuals with disabilities. As a social enterprise, we own and operate separate entities to generate revenue to support our mission services that include CI Information Management, Round Table Pizza, and Paradise Bottled Water.

DDA. DVR. Two acronyms. Two completely different agencies. Very easy to confuse.

DDA (Developmental Disabilities Administration) funds long-term support including respite, community inclusion, residential services.
DVR (Division of Vocational Rehabilitation) focuses specifically on employment.
Many people qualify for both.

We wrote a plain-language explainer breaking down exactly what each one does, who qualifies, and when to call which one first.

Join us in welcoming Kim Pierret to our Grace Clinic Board.

As the Chief Operations Officer at Columbia Ability Alliance and an expert in finance and accounting, Kim understands the impact strong nonprofits have on a community.

But her connection to Grace Clinic is also deeply personal.

“As a kid without dental insurance, we only went to the dentist when there was pain,” she says, and by then it was something worse. “Having a place like Grace Clinic that provides free dental, medical, and counseling is so important for keeping people healthy.”

“To do this in a God-centered way makes it even more meaningful to me,” she added.

We’re grateful Kim has chosen to share her heart and expertise with Grace Clinic. Welcome, Kim! 💙

LIGO Hanford Observatory visited our Community Center for a hands-on activity where clients explored electricity and circuits using Play-Doh and lights! 🧪✨
