Happy Birthday, Lauryn! 🎂🌿
Today we're celebrating one of our wonderful PCAP Case Managers, Lauryn Meacham!
Lauryn is one of those people who is completely and unapologetically herself, and that is just one of the many things we love about her. She's down-to-earth, incredibly intelligent, thoughtful, wonderfully nerdy, and probably happiest surrounded by plants with a video game, board game, or card game nearby.
More than anything, Lauryn is someone who genuinely cares about people. She is the coworker who stops by your office just to say hi, asks how your week is going, remembers what you had planned for the weekend, and actually wants to know how you're doing. She pays attention to the people around her and makes sure everyone feels included, heard, and cared for.
That thoughtfulness carries into everything she does. Lauryn isn't afraid to ask the question everyone else is thinking, speak up for someone whose voice might otherwise be overlooked, or offer a completely different perspective that makes the rest of us stop and think. She is curious, considerate, incredibly well-spoken, and always looking at how we can do things better while still taking care of the people involved.
The same heart makes Lauryn an incredible case manager. She works tirelessly to connect her clients with the right resources, make sure they know they have someone in their corner, and help them build a foundation for success that extends far beyond their time at EFH.
Lauryn, thank you for being exactly who you are. Thank you for your kindness, curiosity, intelligence, compassion, and the genuine interest you take in the lives of the people around you. Our team is better because of the perspective, heart, and thoughtfulness you bring to it.
