Want to learn how to winter sow perennial seeds? Register for a workshop to learn how at Anson B Nixon Park. https://www.ansonbnixonpark.org/education_programs/winter-sowing-perennials
Pull seeds from dried flower heads, plant and label the containers that will house them over the winter, and leave with a number of gallon jugs full of possibilities for new seedlings in spring. Different varieties of dried flower heads will be available, but feel free to bring some from home to share.

Please be advised that the disc golf course at Anson B. Nixon Park will be closed on Friday, October 30, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM due to a special event taking place at the Park.

Last year, we kicked off a brand-new tradition at the Park—and this November, we’re ready to do it again! Riders, families, friends, and cycling fans will come together for a full day of cyclocross racing, friendly competition, and great community energy right here in Kennett Square.
