Huge shoutout to our incredible ACE Graduate Assistants for Cohort 3! 🎉 Thank you to Elaine Williams, Lana Prioleau and Eva Jane Bunkley for the dedication, energy and support you poured into the ACE Bootcamp experience and beyond this semester. From helping sessions run smoothly behind the scenes to encouraging ACE Fellows throughout the journey, your presence truly made an impact.

As graduate students balancing rigorous academic programs at Coles College - while you've been leading businesses and professional careers of your own - your commitment to showing up for this program has meant so much. Thanks to Inspiredu, every ACE Fellow received a laptop in our bootcamp phase of the program this year - creating immediate access to the tools, technology and opportunity needed to build what’s next. A special thank you to Jasen Hayes, Instructional Facilitator and InspiredU Board Member, for leading an engaging hands-on training session that helped Fellows get set up and ready to hit the ground running.

At ACE, we know entrepreneurship starts with ideas - but growth requires access. This partnership helps ensure our Fellows are equipped not just to dream, but to build. Jennifer McNeely of Curly Girl Law Business, IP, and Campaign Finance Law brought both legal insight and real-world experience to the ACE Bootcamp – and our Fellows leaned in every step of the way.

ABOUT JENNIFER: As Founder of Curly Girl Law and Director of Governmental Affairs for the State Bar of Georgia, Jennifer shared a practical, engaging crash course on the legal side of entrepreneurship – from protecting your business and understanding risk to thinking strategically about growth from day one. But what stood out most wasn’t just her impressive background in law, government affairs, and advocacy – it was her ability to make complex topics approachable, actionable, and empowering for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Our ACE Fellows asked thoughtful questions, engaged deeply in the conversation, and walked away with a stronger understanding of how to build businesses with both vision and a solid legal foundation. Thank you, Jennifer, for pouring into the next generation of community entrepreneurs and reminding us that knowledge is power – especially when building something meant to last.

What an incredible way to close out another inspiring ACE Boot Camp! 🎉

Over the past several weeks, our ACE Fellows have immersed themselves in powerful business sessions, strategic workshops, expert-led discussions, and hands-on learning designed to strengthen their entrepreneurial foundations and prepare them for sustainable success.

From branding and marketing to operations, finance, pricing and strategic planning, each week has equipped this cohort with practical tools to help turn their visions into thriving ventures.

We are so proud of all Cohort 3 has accomplished throughout this journey and grateful to every speaker, mentor and supporter who poured into these rising entrepreneurs along the way.

Special thanks to our featured speakers for this final Boot Camp day: Dr. Leonard Jackson of Kennesaw State University, Melvin Coleman of Atlanta Black Chambers, Kevin Pounds of Bridge Communities and Dr. Ike Reighard of MUST Ministries.
