🎓✨ Student success is at the heart of our mission.

Preparing KSU students for life inside and outside the classroom is an honor, and through a partnership with , last year’s scholarship recipient received more than financial support. They are stepping into their next chapter with a custom-designed suit that matches their ambition.

In celebration of the KSU Black Alumni Society’s 26th Anniversary, we honor the enduring legacy of Dr. Shelby R. Wilkes, founder of BAS, and the lifelong commitment he and Dr. Jettie M. Burnett have shown to KSU students and alumni.

Help us continue Dr. Wilkes’ vision by supporting the Dr. Shelby R. Wilkes Memorial Scholarship expanding opportunity, access, and success for future generations of Owls. 🦉
