Miracle at Kennesaw State We are a student-run philanthropy at Kennesaw State University dedicated to raising funds to better the care for the kids at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

is Dance Marathon? It is an event where we can all come together and dance for 12 hours to dance for the kids that cant. Not only is it 12 hours of dancing, but there is also food, games, entertainment, prizes, and most importantly, family stories. It is a truly rewarding experience that we would love to have you join us for! As one of the largest philanthropies at many universities across the country, Dance Marathon helps to raise awareness and funding for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. It is the only national children's charity committed to having 100% of the funds raised stay local to support local kids. So what does that money do? Children's Miracle Network Hospitals are all non-profit and....
Treat over 17 million patients each year. Treat 98% of all children needing heart or lung transplants. Treat 88% of all children with cancer. Treat 76% of all children with cystic fibrosis
Treat 90% of all children with sickle cell anemia. Treat 72% of all children with pediatric AIDS. Train 60% of all pediatricians and 80% of all pediatric specialists. Educate families and communities about issues like child safety seats, bike helmets and bicycle safety. Provide $2.5 billion in charity (uncompensated) care each year.

Let’s hear from Nadia Garcia and how Miracle at KSU has impacted her!

“Hey everyone! My name is Nadia and I am so excited to be serving as the Executive Director of Miracle at KSU for the 2026-2027 school year!! I have been a part of Miracle for the past 3 years, and it has truly been one of the biggest blessings in my life. This organization has given me the opportunity to be a part of something bigger than myself, has strengthened my passion for pediatric healthcare, and has brought me so many amazing friendships along the way! I am so excited for the year ahead and can’t wait to work alongside all of you!“
