Somebody in your life needs healing. You might be the only person who ever invites them.

This Sunday we're hosting a healing service at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lee's Summit. Worship, a straightforward presentation of the Gospel, and prayer for healing. We come with real expectation that Jesus works physical healing miracles on nights like this. Chronic conditions. Pain. Broken bones. Cancer.

Here's what I've noticed after years of these services. Most people who walk out healed didn't come on their own. Somebody brought them.

In Mark 2, four friends carried a paralyzed man to Jesus. The crowd was too thick to get through, so they climbed up and tore a hole in the roof to lower him down. Scripture says Jesus saw THEIR faith. The friends' faith. Then he healed the man.

Be one of those friends this Sunday.

Text somebody today. Offer to drive. Sit with them.
