Quick Reminder!!!
Tomorrow is our clinic! We are planning on starting at 10am. We are anticipated to get a little bit of rain around 5/6am, but then it is going to be a BEAUTIFUL day to learn with our horses!
If you want to come and you haven't RSVP'd, you can still come!! Please shoot one of us a message. This is just so that we know how much meat we need. 🙂 Don't forget to bring a dish to pass, your drinks, and lawn chairs.... Oh... and your horses too!! (Although you don't have to bring them to come and participate and learn!)
We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow. Please share this so that we can reach as many as possible!! Have a GREAT Friday everyone!

In this post you will find the link to the point spreadsheet and the show results for 5.9.26.
A few things to remember:

✅ points mostly go with the placings UNLESS someone rode multiple horses in a class. This is when the designation comes into play. You get once chance to place in a class because not everyone gets to run multiple horses. That’s why you must designate before the show. Points go with the rider.

✅ I cannot upload PDFs to our page. (Must be because of how the page was set up?) So instead of posting 22 individual photos I tried it as a video. Let me know if you love it or hate it. I dislike clutter and the 20 something photos stress me out. You can pause the video to take screenshots or read through it.

✅ I did try to take my time to minimize any errors but if you see one tell me now or forever hold your tongue 😜.

Thank you to everyone for coming out to the show. It was so much fun! And we had great help that day. Definitely makes the day run smoother!

Thank you to everyone who helped out today. It sure makes the load much easier.

It sounds like we might have a lot of new people coming to the show this weekend so I thought I’d share a few things to help out!

Parking situation: vehicles without trailers CANNOT park on the east side of the arena. East side is reserved for trucks and trailers. Vehicles without trailers will park on the west side of the arena (green line on photo below is how you get to that parking) The blue line in the photo are our neighbor’s driveways. Absolutely do not block these They are very kind to us and we do not want to impede their driveways.

Overflow parking: if the truck and trailer parking is full we have plenty of overflow parking. The red line in the photo below is how you get to the overflow parking. The club is 10 acres! Let’s fill er up!

Other details:

✅ Signups are done the day of the show at the announcers stand. Please read the following carefully: 1 sign up sheet per horse/rider combo. If you have 2 horses to run, you will bring 2 sign up sheets to the office. 3 horses to run- 3 sign up sheets. Do not put more than 1horse/rider combo on 1 sign up sheet. (This is how we keep things straight in the office)
✅ NO money taken at the gate. Expos paid at sign up. Expos are limited to 50 runs per expo event *max 2 runs per horse/rider combo.* (This is to protect our ground and our time.)
✅ Only approved t-shirt to run in is the 2026 buckle series t-shirt. Rawhide & Roses will be there, but pre orders are recommended so she has your size. (Link is posted on this page)
Collared shirts are still acceptable.
✅ Double check you have a valid coggins (digital or paper) and bring it to the announcers stand with you at sign up. We do check these at every show! You will be turned away if you cannot show a valid form.
✅ Bring your appetite. Don will have the grill rolling and the taco truck will also be there!
✅ You do not have to sign up or pay extra to be part of the buckle series! If you are running only 1 horse in a sponsored class you have nothing extra to do. If you are running more than 1 horse in a sponsored class you MUST tell Kristina who your designated horse is for that class at sign up.

We are so excited to get this season underway! Looking forward to seeing our usual friends and meeting all the new people coming! And a big thank you to everyone who has offered to lend a hand on my previous post! It will make the day go so much smoother.

Hi friends! I am terrible at asking for help but it’s getting too hard for the handful of us to run these shows by ourselves. The saying “many hands make light work” is definitely valid and we don’t have enough hands. We are looking for barrel setters, gate help, and someone to run draw sheets to the other side of the arena to be posted. I promise I won’t dump any difficult jobs on anyone! If you can help it would be so appreciated.

We’d like to extend a very big thank you to Joe Shide for getting the club tractor back up and running! The injector pump went out. We all know no tractor = no shows. We also have to use that tractor to mow the 10 acres of property that belongs to the club. Thank you so much Joe!
