For more than two decades, A4CW has championed community wellness. During the past year, we reached more than 3,500 individuals across 10 Chicago South Side zip codes with wellness education and resources.Your support helps sustain and expand vital programs in cancer awareness and survivorship, nutrition education, women’s health, and mental wellness.
