One host family is still needed in Grand Rapids, MI! We are still looking for a host family for Damir, who is studying medicine and will be at Corewell Health. Here’s a little about him:
🇺🇸 He’s excited to see American landscapes.
☕ He wants to see big American coffee cups.
🚙 He’s eager to see big cars and large parking lots.
🥛 He will finally get to see a gallon of milk in a store fridge, since our biggest milk container is a carton of 4 cups.
🥩 Food - He loves food except for pork and is excited to try the many foods America offers.
🥘 Favorite foods - Steaks with vegetables and potatoes, stews and soups, eggs, cheese and dairy products, fruit, salad, pasta, fish, rice, BBQ, and chicken.
🥾 Hobbies - He enjoys nature and staying active, including the gym, cycling, hiking, exploring cities, drinking coffee, and trying new foods. His hobbies also include BBQs, sitting by the fire with cold drinks, playing games, watching movies, attending parties, visiting the cinema, lakes, or rivers, fishing with his brother, and hunting. He helps his parents with splitting wood, gardening, orchard work, cleaning, and visits neighbors, friends, and family when he can.
